Contact

UKDividendTaxCalculator.co.uk is an independent site, not part of HMRC or connected with it. Messages sent with the form below go to the editor, who is responsible for the calculators, guides and worked examples. We aim to reply within 2 to 3 working days.

What to contact us about

  • A figure that looks wrong: a calculator result, a rate, a threshold or a worked example. Tell us the page address, the figures you entered and, for a rate, the GOV.UK page that shows the correct one.
  • A guide that is unclear or out of date, or a link to an official page that no longer works.
  • The foreign dividend report you bought here: a download that will not open, figures you want to change, or a refund. Use the email address you paid with so we can find the order. The report page promises a full refund if it is not for you.
  • Privacy and cookies, including a request to see or delete a message you sent us. Our privacy policy and cookie policy say what we collect.

The Director's Pay & Tax Pack and the Capital Gains Tax Survival Pack are sold by our sister sites; questions or refunds for those go through the contact page on the site you bought from.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personal tax or financial advice, check your tax return, or deal with anything in your HMRC account, such as your Unique Taxpayer Reference, a payment you have made or a letter from HMRC. For those, use HMRC's Self Assessment helpline, or speak to an accountant or tax adviser.

How we handle a correction

We check what you report against the GOV.UK, HMRC or legislation source. If our figure is wrong, we fix the calculator and every page that uses it, run the site's automated tests (which include hand-worked cases) and update the page's checked date. We then reply to say what changed, or, if we think the figure is right, which official source it comes from. Our methodology and editorial standards explain how figures are checked.

We use your email address and message only to deal with your enquiry. Last reviewed: 4 November 2026.
